This class helps lactating parents prepare for the return to work. The discussion will include how to talk with supervisors about your pumping schedule, deciding what pump will work best for you, how much milk baby will need while you’re away, ensuring baby will take a bottle, preparing for baby’s day with caregivers and daycare, and more.

Prenatal Breastfeeding Basics
with Rachel Levine
This two hour class for expectant mothers and their partner or family member is taught by our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC). We will discuss the practical information you need to get breastfeeding off to a good start, grow your milk supply, and reach your feeding goals. Some of the many topics covered are; Breastfeeding techniques for comfortable and effective feeds, how to know baby is getting enough milk, nutrition for the breastfeeding parent, bottle feeding breastmilk. Partner/support person is strongly encouraged to attend.

Infant Carseat Basics - Thursday

Keeping your little one safe starts with the right car seat—and knowing how to use it correctly. In this essential live online class, caregivers will learn basic overall car seat safety as well as how use the specific car seat that they have chosen to use. Primary learning points will be familiarization with your car seats components, safety mechanisms and how to correctly secure baby for every ride. We will cover common mistakes, and current safety guidelines, with time for hands-on practice and personalized guidance. Please chose a class date that ensures that you will have your car seat for this class. Whether you are expecting your first or need a refresher, this class will help you feel confident and prepared every time you hit the road

Becoming a big brother or big sister is an exciting adventure! Our Big Sibling Class is designed to help children ages 3–12 feel confident, included, and prepared as they welcome a new baby into the family. We will learn:
- Learn what newborn babies look, sound, and act like.
- Practice safe and gentle ways to hold, touch, and interact with a baby.
- Discover how they can be a helpful and loving big sibling.
- Understand why babies cry, sleep so much, and need extra care.
- Talk about their feelings and what changes to expect when baby comes home.
- Celebrate their important new role in the growing family.

Grandparents Guide to Success - Sunday

Whether you are first-time grandparent or just need a refresher, this live online class is designed to help you confidently support your growing family. We will cover current perinatal safety practices, including safe sleep guidelines, infant CPR awareness, feeding support, and how your role can evolve during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Learn how things may have changed since you were a new parent and how to be a calming, informed presence as your loved ones welcome a new baby. This class empowers grandparents with up-to-date knowledge and meaningful ways to help.
