This three-hour class, led by a certified lactation consultant, is designed for the birth parent and their partner or a support person. You’ll learn about the many benefits of breastfeeding and gain practical, hands-on information to help you get started with confidence. The class covers proper breastfeeding techniques and common challenges. Because support plays a vital role in breastfeeding success, partners and family members are strongly encouraged to attend.
